Hybrid Energy Supply – Spain, 2016
PV Agricultural Application – 43.2 kW
Wine production is an important agro-food activity in large parts of Spain. The LIFE REWIND project shows that the use of renewable energy is viable from a technical, environmental and economic perspective.
Suministros Orduña as EPC has provided the materials in this project. Solar energy is generated from Solar trackers, floating fixed structures, and SMA STP inverters in an isolated grid using 3 Sunny Island battery inverters. The system also includes an electrical vehicle with H2 cells and advanced load control.
